Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak holiday weeks, processing can take a little longer.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping. Some items ship from different warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Holiday orders
For Halloween and Christmas, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Large items such as inflatables, animatronics and Christmas trees may take longer to arrive.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us at myfiestahome@gmail.com and we'll help you resolve it with the carrier.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
